Product: Baidu Erranium – a secure file transfer facilitation service for Baidu Netdisk.

1. Introduction

Baidu Erranium is a secure file transfer facilitation service provided by Erranium Technologies. It allows users to access and transfer their own files / Files shared to them stored on Baidu Netdisk and other cloud services by leveraging on our high speed servers. By using our service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Description

Baidu Erranium acts solely as a technical bridge between the user and Baidu Netdisk. The service does not host, store, inspect, or distribute any content, nor does it provide access to files that the user does not already own or have lawful rights to access. Users are fully responsible for the legality of all files they access or transfer.

3. User Representations & Warranties

By using Baidu Erranium, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have all necessary rights, permissions, or licenses for any content accessed via the service.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws, including intellectual property laws.
  • You will not use the service to infringe on the rights of third parties or to engage in illegal activities.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Use of the service is restricted to lawful, personal purposes. You may not:

  • Access or transfer content for which you do not have lawful rights.
  • Facilitate unauthorized public distribution, streaming, or infringement of copyright or other intellectual property.
  • Use the service to attempt unauthorized access to third-party systems or data.
  • Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of service access and potential legal action.

5. Notice & Takedown

If a rights-holder believes that content accessed via this service infringes their rights, they may submit a notice to Erranium Technologies. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will investigate and take appropriate action, including disabling access to infringing content, in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Baidu Erranium does not inspect or store the content of your files. Minimal personal information (e.g., email, payment details) may be collected for operational purposes. Data is protected using encryption and industry-standard security practices. Our practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, and we comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where relevant.

7. Payment, Pricing & Taxes

Pricing is displayed on our Pricing Page. Payments are securely processed via Paddle or other payment processors. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties unless otherwise stated.

8. Refund Policy

  • If file access or transfer fails due to system limitations on our side, a full refund may be requested.
  • Refunds are not provided for failures due to user error, third-party restrictions, or misuse of the service.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, through the method indicated in your order confirmation or via Paddle’s refund process.

9. Limitation of Liability

Except as prohibited by law, Erranium Technologies and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the service, including content accessed, interruptions, or inability to use the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Erranium Technologies, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Changes to Terms & Service

Erranium Technologies may modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes should first be addressed informally. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Kenya, whose jurisdiction is exclusive.
