2. Pricing Structure
Our pricing varies by cloud storage platform. Below are the current rates for each supported service:

3. Payment and Billing
Payments are securely processed via Paddle or other authorized payment processors. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the specified amount. Payment is required prior to service delivery.
4. Refunds and Adjustments
Refunds are issued only in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. Refunds for pricing discrepancies, system errors, or service failures will be reviewed and processed on a case-by-case basis. See our Refund Policy for more details.
5. Usage and Billing Calculation
File size is calculated based on the total size of the user's transfer request. For non-Baidu transfers, the fixed pricing rate applies regardless of file size.
6. Changes to Pricing
Erranium Technologies reserves the right to update or modify pricing at any time. Updated pricing will be displayed on the Pricing Page and will apply to purchases made after the change. Prior purchases will not be affected.
