This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which users of Baidu Erranium may request and receive a refund. Our goal is to provide a transparent and fair process while complying with Paddle’s platform requirements and applicable laws.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Service Failure: If Baidu Erranium fails to facilitate access or transfer to your legally-owned files due to system errors or technical limitations on our side.
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly for a service or duplicate transaction occurred.

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The failure is caused by user error, device issues, or internet connectivity problems.
  • The content was removed, restricted, or otherwise inaccessible on Baidu Netdisk or any third-party service prior to the transfer request.
  • The user violated the Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Submit a refund request within 7 days of the original purchase.
  • Provide your order number, email used for the purchase, and a brief explanation of the issue.
  • Submit requests via email: baidu@erranium.com or downloaderbaidu2@gmail.com, or through the live chat on baidu.erranium.com.

Refund requests may also be processed via Paddle’s platform if your payment was made through them.

4. Refund Evaluation

Each request will be evaluated by Erranium Technologies. We reserve the right to request additional information to verify the claim. Decisions will generally be communicated within 5 business days of receiving a complete request.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase whenever possible. For credit card or payment processor transactions, the refund may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or provider.

6. Partial Refunds

In certain cases (e.g., partial service failure or user-initiated cancellation), Erranium Technologies may issue a partial refund at its sole discretion, proportional to the impacted portion of the service.

7. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Failure due to user error or misuse of the service.
  • Changes to the service requested by the user after a completed transfer.
  • Downtime or inaccessibility due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., Baidu Netdisk outages, internet service provider issues).
